Dr. Robyn Sonnier
Dr. Robyn Sonnier is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and Doctor of Professional Counseling, specializing in trauma-informed care for military personnel and first responders. With over a decade of clinical expertise, she holds certifications as a CCTP-II, Certified Military Clinical Counselor, and Certified First Responder Counselor.
Owner of Clarté Counseling, LLC in Lafayette, LA, Dr. Sonnier is a nationally recognized speaker and consultant whose work has been featured across podcasts and media outlets. She is the 2024 recipient of the Louisiana Counseling Association's Humane and Caring Person Award, recognized for providing over $50,000 in free therapy to veterans and active duty military
Olivia Mason
Olivia Mason, MS, LMFT, CSAT, CPTT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in sexual addiction, infidelity, and betrayal trauma. She holds a Bachelor's in Psychology from Louisiana Tech University and a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern Mississippi.
Olivia began her career at Pine Grove's Gratitude Program in Hattiesburg, MS, one of the nation's original sexual addiction treatment facilities, before transitioning to private practice in Louisiana. She currently serves as Clinical Director for The Carpenter Shed and Triumph Clinical Services. She is a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist.
Tanya Stuart
Tanya Stuart is a distinguished leader in mental health and substance abuse treatment with over 25 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. As co-owner of The Maples and Genesis Behavioral Health Services in Southeast Louisiana, she champions a holistic approach that integrates mind, body, and spirit to foster balanced, sustainable outcomes.
A Clinical Assistant Professor at the LSU School of Medicine and former Adjunct Professor in LSU's MSW Program, Tanya is deeply committed to mentoring the next generation of behavioral health professionals. She holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration and a Master of Social Work, with multiple licenses and certifications in clinical social work and addiction counseling.
Helen Mary Karol
Helen Mary Katool, MS, RDN, LD is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in eating disorder recovery for adolescents. A Mississippi native, she earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Mississippi and her Master of Science in Nutrition Sciences from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Helen Mary brings clinical expertise in treating anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, and ARFID. Drawing from the Plate-by-Plate Approach and non-diet frameworks, her practice is rooted in compassion, clinical collaboration, and restoring each patient's trust in their own body.
She works closely with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to normalize eating patterns and build lasting, nourishing relationships with food.

Julie Holland, MHA, CEDS-C, F.iaed is a nationally recognized leader in behavioral health and eating disorder treatment. Currently serving as Divisional Vice President of Behavioral Health for UHS, she brings a rare blend of clinical insight and executive-level expertise in advancing access to care and evidence-based program development.
A frequent speaker and thought leader, Julie has partnered with world-renowned clinicians, maintained private practice in the United States and Bermuda, and contributed to national conversations through media and continuing education. She is deeply committed to ensuring individuals and families receive compassionate, ethical, and effective care
Carrie Meyers
CJ is a seasoned Clinical Director with over 20 years of expertise in mental health services, specializing in clinical supervision, program development, and trauma-informed care. With deep experience in Trust-Based Relational Intervention, Eating Disorders, and EMDR, she has led diverse clinical teams across residential and community-based settings to deliver high-quality, patient-centered treatment.
Skilled in crisis management, staff training, and evidence-based intervention, CJ is committed to advancing clinical excellence and improving outcomes for individuals and families facing complex mental health challenges — fostering a culture of compassionate care and holistic recovery.

Clint Davis
Clint Davis, LPC, CSAT, EMDR Provider, and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, is the founder of Clint Davis Counseling & Integrative Wellness. An Army Veteran, ordained minister, author, speaker, and podcast host, Clint holds a BS in Psychology from Louisiana Tech University and an MS in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary.
His work is rooted in a biblical worldview, offering clinical therapy, Restoration Coaching, and Biblical Counseling to pastors, leaders, counselors, and individuals navigating burnout, life transitions, and spiritual disconnection. His heart is to help people move from pain to peace.
Deanna Purslow
Deanna Purslow is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst specializing in evidence-based ABA practices within complex human service systems. Her work integrates relational leadership, motivational interviewing, Self-Determination Theory, and trauma-informed care, with a focus on dignity, autonomy, and individualized support for neurodiverse communities.
Deanna is skilled in systems thinking and values-based leadership, building sustainable frameworks that support therapeutic alliance at every level of care. Her professional interests include mentorship, behavioral artistry, and improving outcomes through compassionate behavior analytic practice — with a consistent emphasis on meaningful choice, prosocial behavior, and sustainable systems change.
Crystal Mitchell, MSN, eMBA, RN, CENP, is a nationally recognized healthcare executive and transformational leader known for restoring organizations and leading through complexity. She currently serves as CEO of River Oaks Hospital in New Orleans, a legacy UHS facility specializing in eating disorder and trauma treatment.
Previously, through Southern Evals, she advised over 200 healthcare organizations nationwide, achieving zero-deficiency outcomes across CMS, Joint Commission, AAAHC, CARF, and DNV. A Native American healthcare executive, her philosophy was shaped at Alaska Native Medical Center, where she led trauma and emergency operations and pioneered the region's first tele-trauma program.
Brenda Keller
Brenda Keller, LPC, is a seasoned healthcare executive currently serving as CEO of Pasadena Villa Smoky Mountain Lodge, overseeing both the Smoky Mountain Lodge Residential Treatment Center and The Stables Autism Program. With over 20 years of clinical and operational leadership, she previously served as Director of Clinical Services, Director of Operations and Performance Improvement, and Director of Risk Management at Greenleaf Center in Valdosta, GA.
Brenda holds a Master's in Psychology from Kaplan University Chicago and has led 15 Joint Commission and state surveys throughout her career. Her expertise spans clinical supervision, program development, crisis intervention, and behavioral health leadership.
Siobhan A. Morse
Siobhan A. Morse, MHSA, CRC, CAI, MAC, serves as Product Director for the Behavioral Division at Universal Health Services (UHS), leading research, clinical operations, and new product development in substance use disorder treatment. She holds a Master's in Health Services Administration and is certified as a Master Addiction Counselor, Clinical Research Coordinator, and ARISE Interventionist.
A published researcher and global presenter, Siobhan has contributed to peer-reviewed journals, presented to over 2,000 federal grant recipients at the request of the Department of Justice, and serves as an advisor to the National Institute of Behavioral Health. In 2020 she received a Presidential Proclamation from the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy.
